Big Brother 9! 1 day to go!

Good Evening,

They are two good reasons to be cheerfull this week:

 1)   Only two days left at work and then I start my new job on Monday!! Hurray! 

2)   Only one day till the launch of Big Brother 9 !  Hurray!!1

I have just ordered this week’s grocery shopping on line with Mr T and I got £4 off, so I am pleased! With that in mind I have compiled next weeks menu plan:

Whilst I was meal planning, I came across this whilst surfing   thekitchenrevolution from Sykes et al, looks worth a look, all about meal planning, lots of recipe and cooking frugally! They have written a book and developed this site.      It’s really clever, it provides you with a weekly shopping list, then recipes. The aim of the book and the site is to stop us throwing away lots of waste food and to eat seasonally, just as Gordon Ramsey has been appealing for. I will adding this to my bloggroll, excellent idea!  :)  

 

 Saturday:  Nigella’s sweetcorn chowder soup with tortillas and cheese 

Saturday: Home made Lasagna with lambs lettuce and jackets

Sunday: Home made Chicken piri piri with sweetcorn cobbettes and spicy rice

Sunday evening: snacky tea, red salmon, cucumber open sandwiches/quiche and cheese strings/crisps 

Monday: Home made chili with brown rice and garlic bread

Tuesday: Pepperoni pizza, wedges and salad/coleslaw

Wednesday:  Slow cook Sausage casserole, green beans and mash

Thursday: Roast chicken salad with new potatoes

I am really looking forward the Big Brother Lauch Party Tommorow Evening, we are all BB fans in our house and we are keen to meet the new housemates
