Menu plan w/c 23/11

Just completed next weeks menu plan,  I am still trying to stay away from lots of red and processed meats!

Friday: chicken balti, brown rice with wholemeal garlic bread

 11ish Saturday brunch: scrambled eggs, mushrooms and toast ( visiting the cinema to watch Beowolf 3d version, with ds2 & friends)

Saturday tea: Nigella’s Maple spare ribs & chicken, jacket potatos with sour cream dressing and pickled red cabbage (I have sour cream dressing if anyone wants it, I will be happy to post it) 

Saturday night sleepover: popcorn and icecream

Sunday breakie: sausage sarnies ( I am having eggs)

Sunday Lunch : Garlic and lemon chicken, mash, roasties and veg

Sunday supper: cheesy nachos and tomato cheese garlic bread

Monday: organic pork mince with wholewheat pasta and stir fry sauce

Tuesday: oven baked fish , potato wedges, peas and a parsley sauce

Wednesday: Nigella’s green thai curry with brown rice

Thursday: all day breakfast tea (eggs, bacon, mushrooms, oven chips and beans) (No bacon for me :)

tesco codes

Tesco codes seem to very thin on the ground recently, I struggled to get some money off my groceries this week, however this one seems to working :

 TQ4397QHGZCN £6 off  £50 spend,

At least I only ended paying 25p to have shopping delivered on Friday teatime. Hope this helps someone :)
